She envisioned and constituted Efficacy Institute in 2002 with the dream of providing world class English language learning opportunities to the aspirants of different age groups and background.
Being a certified Business English Trainer and with over 15 years of experience in learning & training industry, she has helped a large number of students, professionals and home-makers to rise above the language barriers and hone their communication skills. Her personally developed study modules for high school English exams have been instrumental in scoring high grades by the students in CBSE and CISCE (ICSE) exams. Entrance exams preparatory courses and CRT programs designed by her are proven tools to success in campus placements & admission
